Terms of Service
GENERAL
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission or request.
• I will only be drawing adult characters.
• You can change the character if I haven’t started your commission.
• You may request a SKEB-like commission for 70% of the total price. Eg. 70% of 40$ = 28$
• All additional costs will be discussed before finalizing the price.
• Do not claim my art as your own or edit it in any way. Please give me proper credit when posting on any platform.
• Do not use my art for NFTs or AI programs/datasets.
• Not first come first serve.PAYMENT
• Payment upfront through PayPal only.
• I will send you an invoice, which must be paid before I start your commission.REVISIONS
• For NON-SKEB commissions, I will send you 2-3 WIPs.
• You will have 2 chances to adjust the sketch/base color, if needed, and only minor changes are permitted during the rendering phase, such as hue or value shifts.
• If more changes are needed, you will be charged $5-$10 depending on the complexity of each subsequent adjustment.
• Skeb commissions aren’t eligible for any revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• You will receive the WIPs within 4 days after payment. The final render will be delivered in another week after that.
• I’ll let you know if there are any delays.USE + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• My art is for personal use + streaming and content only.
• I will not be accepting commercial orders.
• You may not resell my art or use it for merchandise.
• You do not retain exclusive rights or copyright to my art.
• Only the buyer and myself can use the commission.REFUNDS
• No refunds are permitted once I have started your commission.
Chargebacks will be disputed and will result in you being blacklisted.
•If I can’t complete your commission because of any circumstances, then I will refund you the cost of the commission, including platform fees.
